2.How about the sample policy?
Most of our samples are free, except the new mould,
customized Logo,Customer need to pay the cost of courier
by Express.The freight is refundable when order confirmed.
3. Do you off the guarantee for the products?
Yes, Our QC team will control and test the quality according to your requirement in the production. And
you also can ask your third party testing company to test the quality when finish the production.
4. What’s your payment policy?
For new design products, charge mold fee one time and refund it when accumulated orders 20,000pcs.
For ordered sample with private logo, will charge logo mold fee.
For mass production, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
